Shipping policy

We understand that getting your items quickly and efficiently is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order swiftly. Below, you will find detailed information about our shipping processes and policies.

and Returns Processing Your Order

  • Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system to begin processing.
  • Order Processing
    • For custom orders - a proof is sent for review and confirmation to move forward with production within 1-2 days of when the order is received. Lead time is 2 weeks from proof approval.
    • For in-stock item orders - orders are ready for our team to pack and ship once invoices are paid. Generally, ship same day if ordered before 12 PM NOON EST, or next day.
    • For Made-to-Order (or mix of MTO and in stock items) - Orders will ship within 1-2 weeks (once the MTO items are out of production)

Domestic Shipping Options

  • USPS Priority (1-3 days per USPS )
  • USPS Ground Advantage (2-6 Days per USPS)
  • UPS Ground (2-5 days per UPS)
  • Expedited Shipping: If applicable, UPS Next day Air Saver-.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • USPS International Priority (1-3 weeks per USPS)
  • UPS World Wide Expedited (3-7 Days per UPS)

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. They will be displayed at checkout after entering your shipping address.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Use the tracking number to keep tabs on your shipment until it arrives at your door.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We will do our best to get your items to you in perfect condition or issue a replacement or refund as needed.
