Only Stock Items(items that are added to cart and purchased directly from the Stamp Yours e-store, non-custom made) are eligible for return. There is a 30-day window for stock item returns that starts the day the shipment is received. Any items received from Stamp Yours over 30 days will not be eligible.

To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase, or order number. Once the item is in hand, it will be inspected- and if the product conditions meet above requirements, a refund or store credit will be given.

non-returnable items include: Gift cards and Custom Made Items.

Any issues with custom made products will be handled per case basis, please email teamstampyours@stampyours.com, and the management staff will work with you.

Refund Policy

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, these include but are not limited to the below.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged and/or missing parts for reasons not due to a Stamp Yours error will not be eligible for a refund.

We recommend that every item be thoroughly inspected upon receipt, as items are not eligible for refund after 30 days from shipment delivery.

Any issues with an item that has been determined to be a Stamp Yours manufacturing error will be eligible.

The final say is at the discretion of the Stamp Yours management staff.

The refund amount for any item will be equal to the value of the purchase price.

Refund Procedure

Once the return item is received and inspected, we will send an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to account in which the original method of payment was received, unless store credit is requested.

Late or missing refunds

If the refund has not been received within 7 days of your refund confirmation email:

Exchanges

Stamp Yours will only replace items if they are defective or damaged as determined by Stamp Yours management team. If you need to exchange an item, send your inquiry to teamstampyours@stampyours.com. Once confirmed, please send your item to:

Shipping Policy for Refunds or Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3200 Lakeside Ave E Cleveland Ohio US 44114

If it is determined that Stamp Yours is at fault, we will provide you with a shipping label for the return, as well as cover the costs for shipping the new item.

If it is determined to be the fault of the purchaser, the purchasing party will be responsible for shipping costs.

Regardless of who is paying shipping for a return or refund, Stamp Yours is not responsible if an item is lost in the mail or transit.
